Solved! Why does my new samsung 75 inch try to turn on but instantly turns off?

I recently bought a qn75q60taf qled samsung tv back in September 2020. Today December 17 2020 I went to turn the TV on and let it start up and it tried to start up then shut off then try to start up but shut down again over and over same results after pulling the plug holding the power button on the tv. It only has a power cord to and from the tv no special box on the type cord. I have a video of this happening but am not sure if I can load it on here.?????

First thing, contact Samsung support. You don't want to void the warranty on a new TV by messing with it yourself.

did you try a different outlet or surge protector? otherwise since it is still under warranty, best contact samsung.
