why dont it turn off

my tablet was charging when i get on it not all away charged then i got on played a couple of games then it froze up and not coming back on.

proadlly it not coming because it was charging up and i was playing my games and itwas over charging

Shouldn't be. Is it on warranty?

Can you do a factory reset on it?
