Why is my Acer V Nitro crashes while gaming after repair?

2 months ago, i accidentally damaged my laptop. So, i went to a repair centre and the tech guy said that my hard disk is damaged and needed to be replaced. After the repair, my laptop keeps crashes when i play game. I played Counter Strike Global Offensive before the laptop was damaged and never crashes even once. I went back to the repair centre and they update my windows and graphics driver. After that, it still happens but not as frequent as before the update. Can someone help me with this?

If they repaired it, and something isn't working correctly after the repair that was working correctly before the repair, then they need to fix whatever they did incorrectly, and not charge you for it.
