Why my subwoofer bass sound gritty

Every time I turn my volume up its sound like my bass trying to cut off but it don’t it go in and out like low bass to high bass and the bass last a long time out of tune like gritty like

You may have damaged the voice coil or you may have too low an impedance for the amp you have. It is probably one or the other.

Hey, what do you mean by low impedance? I have 2 sdr 15 2ohm wired in parallel on a 1500 watts audio pipe amplifier, and I’m still learning also On hooking music up

Those Skar SDR 15 speakers are dual voice coil. If you had all the 4 of the connections wired in parallel you would end up with less than a 1 ohm equivalent load. That is lower than the 1 ohm minimum that amp can handle. Disconnect one of the two speakers and see what happens.

It is also possible that you need to add a large capacitor to the battery input for the amp. Your input voltage could be dropping.
