Solved! Why my Windows Not Boot

My Model is Aspire A715-42G V1.08
But it can not boot windows but it can boot linux before i install windows 10 team and get bitlocker recovery but i erase disk than i will install windows 10 but it bring me to f12 screen

No idea what is happening from that video, it's jumpy and blurry and goes by too fast. Start at the beginning. You erased the disk, so then there is no more Windows on the system. You need to boot off a setup media and install Windows off that. If the boot media does not work, make sure it's working in general by trying it on another system.
