Why not installed file is opening??

When I'm install any app . It's installed bt not open n not showing in display

Are you sure it is being installed from a reputable source? If not, that could be your problem.

If it is a reputable one, then your phone may not be set to have them show right away nor add an icon to the screen. You should be able to find the app though in your app list and add it to the screen yourself.
