I just by my Chuwi lapbook pro last February 2021, unfortunately this week my lapbook shutting down easily even its not drain yet. what is the problem on my lapbook, please need help I need this for my study hope you can help me here. Thank you

If you just bought it, contact their support for warranty repair, if it's shutting down before the battery is very low, could be a bad battery or something with the motherboard.
