Wich laptop should i get

hi guys im looking for a new gamer laptop and im looking for some help okay so i found two latops wich is good but im wondering wich one i should buy

as you can see the second pc is better then the other one but is it so much better then the other one and specially for the money

hey btw i will be playing mostly all kinda game from rome total war too mw3 but i will play mostly om my main gaming pc the laptop is for school and when im at a friend and too game nights and stuff like that.
