Wifi connection from mobile phones to tv and pc

how can i connect from my htc android cell to my tv or dell pc

If you don't want to use the usb cable then you can use the blue tooth connection , but that requires your tv and/or computer to also have blue tooth.
The best way is to have your phone connect to your home network and that way with the Pc and tv also connected to the network they can all see each other.
