Solved! wifi,hotspot and bluetooth not working...?

i have red-mi 4 . it's WiFi,hotspot and Bluetooth is not working?
i can't connect to any WiFi but also no one see my hotspot to connect my device.
also back camera is blurred..

Swipe with your finger from the top of the screen downwards. Do you see bright green or dull green where its WiFi and Bluetooth? The camera thing could be a fingerprint on the lens.
