How would I find a time and or date stamp of WiFi login? I need to know for civil court case in reference to evidence.

On your phone, you wouldn't find it. You would have to access the info for the WiFis you are accessing. So say it is a home modem/router, then you would need to look in your modem/routers history, which would be done via computer and logging into the modem/router settings.

That info wouldn't be on your phone.
