Will a laptop with a intel core i5-5200U Processor and 8GB RAM be usable with an Elgato HD60 recording at 1080p 60FPS

Looking to purchase new laptop wondering if the laptop i am looking at will be able to work with the elgato HD60 without getting laggy game play or not being able to use certain features. Here are the specs:
Intel® Core™ i5-5200U Processor
Memory: 8 GB
Storage: 1 TB

That CPU without an add-on card is not very good for games period, never mind with recording. If you are only using the laptop to record from another system then it's fine.

I would only be recording footage using the elgato HD60 on this laptop from the xbox one.
