will autodesk entertainment creation suite 2013 32bit supports 64bit os?

hi i am currently using 32-bit windows7 ultimate, i am thinking about switching onto 64-bit of win7 ultimate, i checked my pc supports both 32-bit and 64-bit, since 64-bit give better solution for virtual memory and most of the software support 64-bit like adobe after effect.

ms office2013 32bit supports 64-bit so i am thinking if autodesk entertainment creation suite 2013 32-bit support 64bit??
i mean is there any problem if i install autodesk 32-bit on a 64bit machine??

It's not so much 32-bit software supporting a 64-bit os as the 64-bit os supporting 32-bit software. The only type of 32-bit software that won't run on a 64-bit os is driver software.
