Will my Laptop play the sims 3

I don't know alot about computers so that is why is came here. Will my laptop be able to play the sims 3 on high settings and still like good?

Processor: AMD a6-3420M APU with Raedon(tm) HD Graphics 1.50
RAM: 4.00 GB
System Type:64-bit operating system
Graphics Card: AMD Raedon(TM) HD 6520G

Should be fine for medium @ 1366x768 resolution. Not sure about high.
