Will my laptop run gta at low graphics?

Okay so im no sure if my laptop is enough to run gta 5 the specs are:

Video Card: AMD Radeon HD 7620G + 8600M Dual
CPU: AMD A10-4655M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics
CPU: SPEED 2.0ghz
RAM: 8gb
OS: Microsoft Windows 8 (build 9200), 64-bit
SOUND CARD: AMD High Definition Audio Device

I've had a look on the systemrequirementslab and the only thing with an X is the video card.

Would this have any chance of running it?
If i'm missing any info please point it out

On the safe side,i would say no since the CPU is too weak for the game,the GPU enables you to play it in mediocre to worse frame rates though.
