will the gt80 sli 980 last 2-3 years while playing high spec games in the next 2-3 years at a good fps and so on... Cuz I have just bought this laptop for 4k

If by "last" you mean will it run the latest games with good results, yes. And if not, nothing will since 980m SLI is the top video cards you can get aside from maybe a few that use the desktop chip versions. If by "last" you mean run without crashing, no way to know.
