Will the Lenovo G505s run Batman Arkham City?

My current laptop is on its last leg. I need a new one and t doesn't have to be super fancy or play the newest games but I would like it to play Batman Arkham City. The G505s has a Radeon HD 8650g integrated graphics card and 6 gigs of ram. It costs about 460 bucks. I am even open to suggestions on a more suitable laptop but I can only spend 600 dollars max. I was intending to play City not Origins but if it could play Origins on low is it safe to assume I could play City on med or possibly high?

On medium you could play ok. On high it would not be smooth. sorry about the mixup
