Yes u can. U might be able to play this on Medium and if u experience some lags, install the VGA drivers by nvidia specifically for GTA 5

Sorry just checked notebookcheck and it should be able to play the game at 1080p at high settings assuming you don't mind the game running at 43 fps.

The fps in a game depends on the game.

I personally say that 30 - 40 fps is great for rps like witcher or any other games like it as it gives the game a more cinematic feel rather than rushed feel that you get in fps games.

For fps or rts games or games that require fast responses, 60fps is essential as it can make a huge difference in the gameplay.
