Both are underpowered. You need a gaming computer for the Sims.

About the same if I am not mistaken when it comes to the Sims 4. Both laptops I linked on the official Sims forum have a dedicated graphics card and it will allow you to run the Sims 4 without problem.

The GT 940M is better however, but it is currently unknown if it'll survive the entire game.

The M360 will run at medium.

Not much info exists about the A8-7050 APU. My guess is that it's Radeon R5 (Kaveri) APU has lower clock speed than the one found in the A8-7100 APU. That would make it probably on par with the Intel HD 4400 graphics core or maybe a bit faster.
