Will this run GTA V and fallout 4? Intel (R) Core 15-5200U CPU @ 2.220GHz

Just wanna,know,if I can run the games. I don't care about graphics

It will run but poorly. Like using a VW Bettle to tow a boat. It may do it, but you won't be happy.

Fallout 4 has problems with Intel HD graphics. Out of curiosity I attempted to run Fallout 4 with the integrated Intel HD 4400 in my laptop instead of the dedicated GPU. At best I can get to the launch screen, but after trying to start a game Fallout 4 would crash.

There are several solutions to get Fallout 4 up and running, but none of them worked for me. Notebookcheck.net was able to benchmark Fallout 4 using the Intel HD 5500, but was only able to get 16.4 FPS on low settings. See below link which also includes benchmarks for GTA V... 23.1 FPS on low settings.
