Window problem with my hp laptop

I close my laptop while upgrading window 10 and now its showing blue screen and recovery option. Please kindly see the link i took pictures of my problem. (Current problems https/imgur.com/gallery/lXSyG) .Hope someone can help me out.

Use your recovery disk, or do a repair install with the windows 10 iso
