Windowed mode help

Is there a way to run a program or application in windowed mode, without border, but NOT in fullscreen?

without border I highly doubt it, using the shortcut's properties you should be able to set it to run in windowed mode.

running it in windowed mode is no problem. what I want to do is run it in windowed mode, but without the border.

Do you have a particular application in mind, or for "any" application?

well any application. Is there maybe a theme that makes the borders invisible? or something? I really don't like how the borders look, and I just want them gone.
