Windows 10 reset doesn't work

Good day

I tried to reset my Laptop using windows 10. It gets to 34% and then stops, tells me there was an error and that it couldn't complete the reset. After that i can only continue to windows 10 with no changes made.

You have to try downloading the windows 10 ISO either 32 or 64 bit depending on the computer but you need to make a USB drive a bootable windows 10. from there you need to boot up to the usb and run the process like you were upgrading the pc. It will work from there. If not then your pc has a problem with the hard drive
