Windows 10 reset stuck at 99%

This morning I reset my laptop it went from 0 to 99 % and it's been a while since it's been 99% should I be worried ? Does a warranty cover this ?

Yeah it will, warranty supported many hardware problems and OS problems

Yeah, you can turn it off. Don't be mad.
Serrvices will fix it easyly.

1- You can reinstall it (it will not stay out off warranty)
2- You can send it to services to fix it.

What happened with your laptop? Did you leave it at 99% and wait for it to load?
