windows 10 the touchscreen on acer aspire 472P stopped working

Solution
Some things to try if your touchscreen doesn't work...

1. Restart the computer. Sometimes that is all that it needs.

2. Wipe off the display with a soft, clean cloth. Yes, sometimes it is just that.

3. Go to "Start" and in the search box type "Calibrate the screen for pen or touch input". Choose the top result. In this new screen click "Setup" and follow the instructions.

4. Go to "Control Panel" and then "Device Manager". Select the "Monitors" section and right click on your monitor. Check the information for the touch screen and make sure it is "enabled".

5. Repeat step 4, but instead choose "Update driver software" from the right-click menu.

I have purchased a new laptop A315-41-R3RF that doesn’t have a touch screen, I replaced the screen from other laptop (touchscreen which was working in other laptop). Used windows update option and monitor driver update option. However the touch screen is not enabled or working. I didn’t seen this device under device manager - I just see HID-compatible touchpad but not HId-compatible touchscreen!

Need your expert advise on to how make my touchscreen working !
