Just so you're aware, this is in the accessibility section for a reason. If you disable animations in Windows, apps and browsers like Chrome will flag you as "prefers reduced motion" and some websites may behave differently than you're used to. For example, we typically show static loaders and no animated transitions to those who prefer reduced motion.

It's not difficult, just right click you taskbar and turn it off in taskbar settings.
