Windows 7 Home Basic OA india

My laptop Lenovo Z580 originally came up with Windows 7 home basic oa India...But when I upgraded to windows 8.1 pro..I am facing some issues.Where can I download original 7 home basic oa India?
Please help.

Windows 7 OSI file is available on Microsoft 's site...Would I be able to choose version as Home Basic during installation?

Only the retail version of 7 is available from Microsoft, your version is OEM.

Actually currently I am facing issues with WiFi connectivity...It disconnects after sometime..N when I troubleshoot it hangs..And has to be switched off using power button..But when I restart it works..N again after some time.. Exclamation comes. I have tried every thing...Installed driver from Lenovo official website..Still issue is there.

Q.) Is my WiFi card ok?
Q.)So would I face similar issue if I install OSI retail version from Microsoft's website?
