Solved! Windows 7 sound card free

Hello,i bought a new laptop,acer. my sound is very low, i have the settings all on max. whats wrong, thank you

Go into your sound properties and ensure that everything like "wav" and other sound options are turned up. Also, you can do this if you have say, Windows Media Player and itunes, i.e. ensure that before you close out one of them that the volume is turned up.
