I'm lost... You want to emulate Windows 95 within DOSBox on an Android device? If it'll work at all, I don't think you'll be very impressed with the performance you'll be getting.

What is the Android device? Almost all of them have ARM CPUs, which aren't that great at complex calculations like traditional desktop and laptop CPUs are.
