Windows Firewall not turning off

So, I installed ZoneAlarm and want to turn off Windows Firewall, Windows Defender is turned off but not Firewall. I disable everything and turn it off, but when I open Skype for example, it asks me to allow access and then Firewall turns on again. I don't want Firewall anymore and I want to use ZoneAlarm's firewall only. Help me please, it is very annoying!

With your question I am confused. What happens when you try and disable it? I agree with Windows being very frustrating when you disable Defender/Firewall so I will try my best to help you with this problem!

Nevermind, this is an old thread. What I did was I disabled in services and also disabled it to run when Windows started.
