windows server 2003 not detect second hardisk

hi guys
do you know how can i make a second slave in windows server 2003. im realy new in the server things. I already check the hard disk it working fine in the windows 7 as a slave hard disk.
so anyone please help me.

If you see that disk in BIOS - do you see this this in the Device Manager? If not - why? If yes - do you see it in the Disk Management?

Make a couple of pictures - from BIOS (where you see the disk), from Device Manager (with "Disk Drives" subtree expanded), from Disk Management.
Do you see that disk in the BIOS?
Do you see that disk in the Disk Management?

If this disk was originally used on Windows 7, there's good chance it is partitioned as GPT, and I don't think Windows Server 2003 supports that out of the box.
