Winrar says that the CRC is wrong

Hi,
I have a RAR file which doesnt open. Winrar says that the CRC is wrong, and the file is corrupted.
Can anybody suggest me smth for recovery this file?

if you downloaded this it's probably a virus, don't bother trying to fix it. if it's yours you can try http://www.winrarrepair.net/
