Wired speakers and wireless speakers working simultaneously

I have a home theater system with wired speakers and I bought the AR Hatteras wireless speaker. Both work off my iPhone 6S separately with no issues, but when I plug in my iPhone to play off my stereo and my wireless speaker it disconnects my wireless speaker. I don't understand why this would happen since they both have separate amplifiers, why won't both my stereo speakers and my wireless speakers work at the same time? Any solutions to this issue?

Some audio chipset support the splitting of audio between the rear and front audio output ports, for example game audio through desktop speakers and voice chat via headphones, check the audio software control software, I know Realtek chipsets support this.
