I have a dell 4100 I bought off ebay..can't get it to internet....I do not know anything about this product..please help

I don't think there is wireless on that model, try using a wire connection instead.

did you turn the wifi on? have you connected to the wireless network? the question is...do you have a wireless router to use the wifi?
