Wont boot up

I was re installing windows 10 and it crashed, now I turn on my laptop and Acer sign comes up and I can hear the fan kick in then it goes black and are starts, and just keeps on doing this. I have tried starting in safe mode by pushing f8 but this does not work??

fresh install or an upgrade?

Windows 10 was already installed and was starting to run a bit slow, so I decided to do a full re install and wipe all my old files

re-installing from a disk or the system recovery partition of the hard drive?

try the re-install again as maybe just a windows hiccup.

I would like to if I could, So my laptop is off , I turn it on the Acer symbol comes up and then about 7 seconds later it restarts, so goes black then the Acer symbol pops up and restarts. It just constantly does this, I don't know if there is anyway of starting it in safe mode or anything I can do? I have tried a few things but can't get it to boot up

Use the following steps to start the system recovery:
1.Restart the computer.
2.When the Acer logo appears on the screen, press the left Alt, and the F10 keys.
3.If you are prompted with a Microsoft Windows boot screen, press the Enter key.
4.After the Acer eRecovery Management application has loaded, select your restore type.
5.Read the notice, and then click Next when you are ready.
6.Click Next to begin the restore process. The restore can take anywhere from 10 minutes up to an hour.
7.Once the restore is complete your computer will load Windows and start installing your drivers and software. Your computer may reboot several times during this process. After everything is complete your computer will be like it was when you first purchased it.

I have tried holding f10 and alt together that did not work, tried holding alt and tapping f10 still no good, tried holding f10 and talking alt and still it just restarts and won't boot or even go to another screen

do you have another computer or access to 1 that has a dvd burner?

Yes I can get a friends computer

can use a usb stick of about 4gigs. read & download the win 10 iso from this link which is Microsoft. https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/software-download/windows10
