Hi,
Do you see any red X on the network icon located on the bottom right corner? What's the error that you are getting when you open your browser?
Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in fixing that issue.
- Reset IE first, press the Windows key + R at the same time and type "inetcpl.cpl" then press Enter.
- Once Internet Properties is open click on Advanced tab.
- Click on Reset and wait until it finish.
- Test by opening Internet Explorer again.
- If all these doesn't work uninstall/reinstall the network adapter.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the Wired and Wireless network adapter and reboot the laptop.
- It should reinstall the driver automatically after the reboot.
- Last option is to do a complete Factory Reset.
