Solved! Won't connect to Wifi

My RCA 10 inch tablet won't connect to any wifi and if I try to turn it on manually it turns the wifi off less than 1 second later, I had this issue happen the day I bought it (my 26th birthday) but I can't fix the issue again even after doing a factory reset (I had to do a factory reset today because gboard wasn't popping up so I couldn't type my password) but I had it fixed for a month, here's the info on the tablet I've had for 1 month https://www.walmart.ca/en/ip/rca-rct6k03w13-101-android-tablet/6000197169009

If it is giving you this kind of trouble and it is that new, return it and have them exchange if for one that is working correctly. If for some reason they will not accept the return then contact the manufacturer about a repair/replacement.

No new device should give you any problems.
