Wont open windows

Hello,
continues to restart on repairs with no problems detected is there a key stoke to open windows

In windows, you can use the F8 key to open windows in "Safe Mode". When you start up your computer, repeatedly tap the F8 key until you see the "starting windows in safe mode" screen. Safe mode opens only the minimal drivers/programs needed to run windows.
