Solved! Won't turn on

I have a lenovo tab2 A10.30. It won't turn on. I get the screens up till the Qualcomm snapdragon screen. Then nothing happens. It keeps going light and dark please help

Try starting it up in "Safe Mode" and see if it will load. If it will the problem then is likely software related. Virus, malware, bad app, etc. that would need to be removed. If, however, it won't start up in "Safe Mode" either, then you may need to either "Hard Reset" the tablet or have it looked at for hardware issues.

To get into "Safe Mode" please do the following.

1. First turn off the tablet.

2. Next press and hold "Power" until you see the manufacturers logo on the screen, then release the power button.

3. "Quickly" press "Volume Down" and hold it for few seconds until you see the message "Safe mode: ON" or something similar.

4. If you wanted disable it, simply repeat the steps above, and you should see "Safe Mode: OFF" rather than on.

Tried this..how do I actually get into the safe mode thing when it doesn't show me a screen other than the snapdragon one ?????

3 days now. Think I will have to buy a new tablet..back to samsung me thinks

So when you turn it off, fully off, and then turn it back on you see nothing ever except that?

I m at a total loss my tablet is my world..without IT I m lost so maybe a new one is the answer

Yes I get the lenovo screen the the noisy picture one then the snapdragon one then nothing

Then "Safe Mode" should be able to work. The manufacturer's logo screen is the lenovo screen. I suggest you again try the instructions and follow them carefully. Otherwise you are either going to have take it to someone to fix or purchase a new one if you cannot get it working.
