Words appear double

All the writing appears as double on all builds and add ons how can I resolve this problem

You may want to provide a bit more info here, what device do you have, when did this start, anything happen before the issue started? Post a picture of the issue, are you talking about a ghost/shadow or is everything written double but is clear and separate?

"builds and add ons" is a bit confusing, builds of what?
