Would this laptop run CS:GO on atleast low settings?

Hello, I have got a laptop.
It's HP, G62.
Core i3-330M.
Integrated Graphics a.k.a. Intel HD graphics.
3GB RAM
and I play csgo on 20-25 fps on low.
but, I'm planning to upgrade my cpu and that would be an i7-640M, I guess it has got integrated graphics as well, I dont know actually, so would I be able to run it on an acceptable fps?
And would it perform better than the i3?

Sorry for the late reply, was upgrading to Windows 10, lots of issue. Anyway, it should run better since the integrated graphics on the i7 is much better than the i3. Be sure to confirm that you can upgrade you laptop's CPU.
