Would this laptop run fallout 4?

Hello!
This is my most trusted website to ask stuff on so I'm gonna start.
There is this budget-ish laptop that I want to get.
I want to get it because of the CPU and GPU for the price.

Biggest problem is integrated graphics (no GPU) but the dual core CPU is very weak too. You not going to get a laptop for gaming without at least doubling the budget, gaming laptops are expensive for a reason

Look at the Acer Nitro series specifically the one at $750 on newegg with a gtx 960m. Will be great for the budget.
