[citation][nom]dalethepcman[/nom]Blah blah blah, something about crapple sucks, and so snobby. I r liek elit pro. .Theirerer, I fix'd it cuz im just another Anti-Apple tool.[/citation]

Yup. Bout sums it up I think.

[citation][nom]the associate[/nom]Well it probably took 2 minutes or less, I mean it doesn't take ALL that long to write a couple of paragraphs..[/citation]

He can type at 187 wpm? Siiicck. >.> Prolly close to 5 minutes bro.

[citation][nom]the associate[/nom] ..my opinion..do you know why apple lovers get bashed often? Because people like you somehow take bashes to apple's high prices to heart[/citation]

Wrong. We are well aware Apple costs more. And we could care less(seriously, we’d love if it was cheaper, however, we do believe it’s worth the money we pay for it.. when we buy.)What we take to heart is the insults you direct at us. Which, of course, are childish, unoriginal, unprovoked, and uncalled for. We like something different than you. Our sense of value is different than that of yours. Etc, etc. News flash: I am not you. I am not your clone, xerox, child, or physically or mentally dependent on you and your choices. I only buy what I like, for whatever reason/reasons that may be, even if you yourself wouldn’t.

Kk? That cool with you bro?

[citation][nom]the associate[/nom] ..then you get pissed off, and call everyone a poor ass or something similarly related to welfare, as you did..[/citation]

So your saying we then make a statement in line with “Tit for tat”? Not the most mature stance I suppose.. But hardly unexpected.. People tend to defend themselves by trying to take the offensive. I'm still listening though..

[citation][nom]the associate[/nom] ..Then you wonder where your legendary aggorance spoken about net wide is from.[/citation]

I wasn't aware that buying what I like, then defending myself by replying in-kind to people bashing me and those *like* me was definable as “Arrogance”. Hmm. I thought the blind bashing, and de-valuing of others for having different values and making different choices than that of another person was a more correct definition of arrogance. English is sooo hard :,(

[citation][nom]the associate[/nom]..Going to lol because it took me 3+ minutes to type this up?[/citation]

Nope. Typing takes time.. And you wanted to say something. I completely understand.

[citation][nom]TA152H[/nom]you.. love Apple.. probably can't count money anyway.. indoctrination?.. You get to talk to the angels of Jobs? ..dolts, you.. ..stupid.. Apple gets a cut off of the software they sell from their store.. ..sheep.. ..for the privilege.. Apple really has nothing special.. ..not enough to be arrogant.. ..Apple.. ..And it's really bad to be arrogant. Then, cattle like you will not have to pay $1600 and be self-righteous about it.[/citation]

The only self-righteous person here is you, and all you anti-apple fanatics that blindly(**keyword**) bash at those different from yourself. Hitler did the same thing too. So what if someone uses something they like? Even if it isn't something you would use. Forcing your view of the world and how things should be on others, and what is of value to you, on others, and down their throats is arrogance. Me using what I like... well, is just me using what I like. No arrogance needed. It's just the product I want. Use whatever you like, I don't care. But I'm gonna enjoy what I like using regardless.

[citation][nom]ericburnby[/nom]^ Seriously, you are making yourself look stupid here..[/citation]

Sir.. I am absolutely loving the Gallagher-Style epeen smashing fest number you are pulling on these guys. Bravo. Keep it up. +5 internets. :)

Also, while I was crawling under my house last night, installing new Cat5e wiring to several keystones.. I was thinking.. This cable tester is hardly the most advanced piece of testing tech available to me.. And I had to chuckle.. Because a truly tech savvy person doesn’t care what is the “best of the best”.. True, they probably do know what it is(and probably want it too! 😀 😀), however.. They use the best tool, that they want[/] to use, for the job, that they can afford.. And everything else be damned.

So, here I am, using what I like, and it’s doing absolutely everything I want. Who the hell cares who made it? You didn’t pay for it. I did. So shove the bloody hell off.

It should have been obvious what my point was, I mean the other guy got it...
Way to take plenty of what I wrote out of context, it's one thing to contradict someone illegitimately, but it's a little unintelligent to cut my phrases how you please to fit whatever witty remark you feel your ego must release.

Example, you quoted me as saying "..my opinion..do you know why apple lovers get bashed often? Because people like you somehow take bashes to apple's high prices to heart", which isn't what I said, my actual opinion was stated previously on what I would prefer to do with said amount of money, please don't put words in my mouth, as I would not do this to you.
And I was replying to him, not apple fans in general, like common, are you for real?

Shame really, plenty of what you said would have made sense if I was actually being an ass**** and hating on "apple lovers", get real man, you obviously didn't get the point of anything I posted.

Thanks for trying

[citation][nom]herpity[/nom]Eric Burnby is an obvious troll. The harder you get butt-hurt, the more he wins.[/citation]

Put words in your mouth? LOL! Are you "for real"? I didn't take one single solitary sentence out of any sort of context beyond breaking apart comment from comment, so that I could more clearly respond to everything I saw worth commenting on.. And instead of owning up to what you said.. You come on here.. and say I'm putting words in your mouth? How in the bloody hell can anyone misunderstand anything you said? It was all clear cut statements. No loops, no twists, no dives, no potholes. Nothing. Yes you made a statement about what you would use the money on.. Yup, that's an opinion. Then, you said something about why apple lovers get bashed so often....Are you trying to say that, and what followed, was a statement of fact?!?! Stop being a tool. Both parts were your opinion on the matter. I just chose to respond to the latter, instead of the former.. Also, if you said "apple lovers"... That's a broad statement, not a narrow, specific one. So sorry, while you "may" have been replying to him, you made a broad opinionated comment that targeted people other than eric, and therefore I stepped in. Learn what the hell the words you use, in the order you use, mean. And yes, actually, you were being an ass.. Whether you think you were or not. Denial won't change that fact at all. But whatever, Let's recap then.. For your benefit. :)

[citation][nom]the associate[/nom]Well it probably took 2 minutes or less, I mean it doesn't take ALL that long to write a couple of paragraphs....No it doesn't really prove he/she doesn't develop software, it kind of proves they think those who paid over $1500 should have paid less, I mean it only benefits those who go, like fuck them right? :SAnd I doubt their butthurt as well, but as for me, I do in fact know nothing when it comes to developing software, so yes my next statement is somewhat bias but whatever, I would prefer getting 1 step closer to an eye infinity setup with LP3065's than buying 1 of those tickets. And that's my opinion, and their opinion is there's, why the hate, do you know why apple lovers get bashed often? Because people like you somehow take bashes to apple's high prices to heart, then you get pissed off, and call everyone a poor ass or something similarly related to welfare, as you did. Then you wonder where your legendary aggorance spoken about net wide is from. And sorry, but buying a laptop for example for 1300 when you can get equal performance for half the price, that's not rich, thats stupid.Going to lol because it took me 3+ minutes to type this up?[/citation]

1. You made a statement about typing. Can't misunderstand that part bro. Sorry.
2. You, obviously misunderstood what eric was saying when you said "No it doesn't prove.." Sorry bro.
3. Also, you threw in a comment about them being screwed and butt pain. Hmmm. 1500 for the WWDC is actually fairly cheap compared to many conferences. Hell, there are some self help conferences that will cost upwards of 3500.. And they sure don't last for 5 days either. So for you to state his opinion out, and then add to it, when clearly both of you have no idea what worth there is in this conference, is an absolute riot.
4. You said you'd rather put money towards eyefinity as you know nothing about programing.. Duuhh. Would be worthless for you to go, as such, 1500 would be a total waste. To someone who can use the training, hands on, etc, etc, the WWDC is a gold mine of value.. worth much more than that of the ticket cost.
5. You then launched into a little rant in which everything you said was complete opinion, and as you said it in the first person, how in the world can I not be expected to put your own words into your own mouth? You do have a basic mastery of the English language right? Context clues, Narrative POV, etc etc? If not, perhaps you should re-read what you said, or perhaps have someone else re-read it to you.. because you've lost it.
6. And of course, the "I can get a X for half the price of Z, with equal performance, blah blah" is thrown in.. Gimme an example. Don't worry, I'll wait. Take your time. Remember though.. Key word.. half the price.

But I love the attempted 180 you tried to pull in changing your stance.. And trying, horribly, to redirect the intent of what you said.. Hell, I tried hard to make what your saying fit.. but there is no way in hell to make what you now claim you were saying, into the words you used. And like I said, instead, you're now trying to dance around it.. Pathetic.

Stop wasting people's time.

to all people who believe apple products suck, think again better BUY and TRY; it's worth it. pro microsoft

From what I've seen, Apple sells because they make using tech easier, which is what a lot of people need. To a lot of people, tech is scary when you have to type scary commands on a Ubuntu terminal to connect to the internet, but it's fascinating and magical when you're able to do the same by swiping and typing. That's why Apple sells. That's why they're able to create hype. That's why they could change the way smartphone was perceived.

It does allow them certain liberties, of course. Would the Steve Jobs who took over a feeble and struggling Apple in 1997 dare to omit something as staple as Flash from his products? Would he be able to sell something like an iPad, which is more like a tool you get used to, and is convenient for entertainment, rather than a productivity tool?

But do not underestimate Apple. They allowed the common man to integrate technology into their lives, something that was hitherto reserved for the l33t group of programmers and techies. That's been their strength.

But $1600 sure sounds expensive. 😛

Disclaimer : I have never owned an Apple product, and I don't intend to do that in the future either, but I've used a friend's iTouch and could see why they're so popular.
