I have An Xbox 360s in perfect shape but no controller and i can not buy one.could please someone explain me how to config mij android phone into a wired USB 'controller'???!!!!

Is there android application on the Google Store? If so - you can do it. If not - you can't, as simple as that. But I'm afraid you will have to get real controller...
