Tomb Raider exclusive to Xbox??? What kind of bullshit is that? Not that I really care for the game, but that's really insulting to the fans.
Anyway, I'm sure it's just a timed-exclusive like most Xbox exclusives. I hate Microsoft.

I'm sure both Microsoft and Sony try to buy exclusives. It is Ubisoft that said Yes.

UniSoft or Square Enix? PS4 has an adventure RPG coming out around the same time. That coupled with Square Enix's financial troubles might have made this a good move for the company. Microsoft studios consistently delivers quality games and is only going to add to the quality of this rebooted franchise. It took 7 million units to turn what looks to be a small profit. They might've needed the cash upfront to make a truly next gen tomb raider game.
