Y480 vs. Series 7

I'm looking for a laptop for university. Which one would you guys recommend: IdeaPad Y480 or Samsung Series 7 ?

The Y580 is the newer version of the Y480. Any reason you're not considering that one?

No not so much gaming, but I do some graphic design here and there. How come you say none? I found the y580 to be a little pricey-er 😛 And I don't need it to be that hardcore 😛
