I think Yahoo is smoking something. Had they visited my site when I asked them to months ago they could shut down more scammers than they could dream of. This lawsuit is never going to get anywhere anytime soon. All it is going to do in the end is drive them to countries where it's even harder to extradite and/or prosecute.

Instead of a lawsuit, maybe the feds should lock these pricks up, assuming they are in the US. At any rate, it's unlikely the lawsuit will have any effect.
