'Yahoo also noted that Icahn would install a board directors, "which has virtually no working knowledge of Yahoo?s businesses" and the idea to replace the current board and the top management at Yahoo would destabilize the company.'

Obviously, this is a huge concern given the bang up job the CURRENT board has been doing the last few years (unless of course there intent was to get beaten like a redheaded step child by Google).

Yang is a complete joke and should not be a CEO - he no longer owns the company and seems to be forgetting this fact.
