Yo-400 data has been impaired!

That does not sound like a true error message, is that in english or are you translating "impaired" from another language?

It sounds like the data is corrupt, by details I mean exactly what led up to this message, was this working fine before? Did you install/remove/add anything? Does not seem like you have anything else to do except hit "Y" to clear the data. Have you tried rebooting the device?
 


Impaired is what is on the device. I've tried rebotting, resetting and everything else that you can think of. I used it on Saturday and went to use it on Monday and the message appeared without a warning.
 
The thing is probably dead, there seems to be a tech that has experience with those things.
