This is a fun workout but I may have missed how many rotations through it I should do. I did 3 this morning. but wondering if there's a recommended number.

I'd say aiming for three or four rounds is a good target. Of course, you can always modify based on how much time you have, and I'd cut it down to one or two rounds if you want to add it onto your existing routine. Glad you enjoyed the workout!
